Google is revealing the capacity for users to change their Google Keyboard on Android. Initially saw at Google I/O, this element showed up in the Android N Developer Preview 3. Presently Google is giving this capacity to every user, regardless of the possibility that you’re not on the N review.

One handed mode: On large screen phones, pin keyboard to the left or the right of the screen by long pressing on entering and selecting the thumb icon.
